Scope
This policy covers this website operated by IWA Mühendislik ve Teknoloji A.Ş. Our company is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from this site.
Cookies
This site does NOT use cookies for advertising, profiling or visitor tracking. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded; a cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
The only information stored in your browser is the light/dark theme you have chosen. This preference is kept in local storage under the key “iwa-theme”, is used solely to determine the site's appearance and is never sent to any server. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Server and hosting
The site is published statically; there is no server-side application layer and no visitor database. For the purpose of providing and securing the service, the hosting provider may keep technical access records (IP address, date and time, requested address). Those records are subject to the provider's own retention policy and are not used by us for marketing.
Form data
The information you share in the contact and quotation form is used solely to assess your request. If a configured submission endpoint is defined, the form is sent there; if not, the information is opened as a prepared message in your email application and the decision to send it is yours.

Media and embedded content
The videos on the site are served directly from our own server; no embedded player from an external video platform is used. No data is therefore transferred to a third-party service while you watch a video. Videos do not start automatically and load only when you press play.
When you click an external link on the site, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Security headers are applied on the browser side, including a content security policy (CSP), framing protection, content-type protection and a strict referrer policy. The administration interface is closed to search engines.
Changes
This policy is updated whenever the site's technical structure or the services used change. The date of the current version is shown in the side column of this page.
