Overview
In spring water and drinking water facilities we establish the production chain, from source assessment to the filling line and from quality control to distribution logistics.
Bottled water production begins with establishing the legal and technical suitability of the source. Source allocation, analysis results, the protection zone and capacity determine every decision, from facility design to packaging selection.
When the production chain is established, filling line capacity, packaging types, quality control points, traceability records and warehouse–distribution logistics are planned together. Each packaging type requires a different line layout and a different distribution model.
At IWA we provide facility set-up, capacity planning and process design in this area. The packaging types below show the planned product range; once the production and sales processes for these products begin, this section will be updated with current product information and ordering options.
